Recommended Viewing Options

We recommend using a supported TV app whenever possible for the best viewing experience. However, some Smart TV browsers may allow you to log in and access your content. If you’d like to give it a try, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Internet Browser on Your TV: Navigate to your TV’s internet browser and visit www.vhx.tv/library.

  2. Enter Your Email Address: Enter your registered email address. You will receive a login link via email.

  3. Open the Login Email on Another Device: Using a separate device (such as a computer or mobile device), check your inbox, open the login email, and click the LOGIN link.

  4. Return to Your TV Browser: Go back to the browser on your TV to see if the login was successful.

If the above steps don’t work, the browser on your TV may not be supported. You can still use many of our supported devices to stream on your big screen. Select the device below for a step-by-step guide on how to stream Izzy.
