It's important to note that it's only possible to access your content from our supported browsers and unfortunately Comcast Infinity is not one of them.

Because of this, we always recommend watching the videos on a supported TV app if it's available to you. That said, some Smart TV browsers do occasionally allow you to log in and access your content. If you haven't already, I recommend giving the following steps a try. If these don't work, then I'm afraid the browser on your TV isn't supported.

  1. On your TV, open the internet browser and visit:

  2. Enter your email address - you will be emailed a link.

  3. On a SEPARATE device (other computer or mobile device), open your email inbox, open the login email, and click the LOGIN link.

  4. Go back to your TV browser to see if it worked.
