If you’re experiencing difficulty signing in, the issue may be related to your email address or password. Please review the following possibilities:
Common Issues with Email Addresses
Typos or Different Addresses: Double-check that you’re using the correct email address. If you suspect a typo during sign-up, locate the confirmation email from when you registered to verify the correct address.
Punctuation Differences: Our system treats "[email protected]" and "[email protected]" as different addresses.
Email Domain Differences: Be mindful of domains. For example, "@gmail.com" and "@googlemail.com" are seen as separate addresses in our system.
Resetting Your Password
If you don’t have a password or your current password isn’t working, follow these steps:
Click Sign In in the top right corner of the page.
Enter your email address and click Next.
Select Reset your password under the password field.
Enter your email address again and click Reset Password.
Check your email inbox for a link to set a new password.
Note: If you don’t receive the reset email, it’s possible you’re using an incorrect email address. Try other email addresses you own and search for a “Start Watching” email from VHX in all your inboxes, including spam.
Signing In Without a Password
If a password is not required:
Click Sign In in the top right corner of the page.
Enter your email address. Active customers will receive an email with a sign-in link.
Open the email and click the link to sign in and access your content.
Note: If you don’t receive the sign-in email, ensure you’re using the correct email address. Try alternative addresses and check for a “Start Watching” email from VHX in your inboxes and spam folder.
