If you need a temporary break, we’ve got you covered! Here’s everything you need to know about pausing your monthly subscription. Annual plans are unable to be paused at this time. 

Eligibility

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months. During the pause, you won’t be charged, but you also won’t have access to IZZY.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Pausing is not available for annual subscriptions.

  • Third-Party Subscriptions: Pausing is not available if you signed up via third-party platforms such as Apple TV, iOS, Android, Android TV, Roku, or Amazon Fire.

How to Pause

  1. Send an email to [email protected].

  2. Specify how many months (1, 2, or 3) you’d like to pause your subscription.

  3. The pause will take effect on your next billing date. After the pause period ends, your subscription will automatically resume unless you cancel beforehand.

Unpausing Your Subscription

You can unpause your subscription anytime during the pause period:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] to request an unpause.

  2. Once unpaused, you’ll be charged immediately, and a new billing cycle will begin from that date.
