If you're experiencing issues with videos not playing or buffering, here’s what could be happening:

Our streaming service offers videos in a range of quality levels, from 360p to 8K. By default, the video player is set to "Auto," which automatically adjusts the video quality based on your internet speed, device performance, and screen size. This means the quality may change throughout playback to provide the best experience.

However, the quality of your video stream is also affected by your Internet connection. Your connection speed depends on factors like:

  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or mobile provider’s connection to our servers
  • The time of day
  • WiFi signal strength
  • Other devices or people using your network

When the video plays in a lower quality than expected, it may be due to your internet speed (bandwidth) or the processing speed of your device not being able to support higher quality playback. If you want to force a specific quality, you can manually adjust it by clicking the gear icon in the lower-right corner of the video player. Please note, if your internet connection can’t support the selected quality, this may cause buffering.
