Welcome to IZZY! If you’re ready to start enjoying our content, follow these steps to log in and watch on your computer.
Step 1: Ensure Your Subscription
If you haven’t purchased or subscribed yet, you’ll need to do so first. Visit our website to subscribe.
Step 2: Set Up Your Password
When you first sign up, you’ll be prompted to set a password:
Go to the Login page.
Enter your email address.
Follow the instructions to set up your password.
If you’ve already created a password but it isn’t working, reset it using the Forgot Password link on the login page or try logging in with an email link (see below) - In cases where the password reset email is not received, please add "[email protected]" to your contact list. After this email address is marked as a trusted contact, the problem should be rectified.
Step 3: Log In Using Your Password
Visit the Login page.
Enter your email and password.
Click Sign In.
If you experience any issues, proceed to the email sign-in method.
Step 4: Log In Using an Email Link
Add [email protected] to your email contacts to ensure our messages don’t land in your spam folder.
Go to the Login page and enter your email address.
Check your email inbox for a login link. (Ensure you check spam or junk folders if it doesn’t appear.)
Click the link to log in automatically.
Step 5: Access Your Content
Once logged in, you can watch all your purchased, rented, or subscribed video content within your IZZY Library.

If you are trying to watch IZZY through Safari on your Mac, and the videos aren't being played, it’s possible that the issue was caused by an ad blocker in your Safari browser. Sometimes, ad blockers mistakenly block key video elements needed to stream content properly.
To resolve this, please try the following:
How to disable the ad blocker in Safari (on Mac):
Open Safari.
Go to our website (IZZY).
Click on Safari in the top menu bar and choose "Settings for This Website..."
In the menu that appears, uncheck Enable content blockers.
Refresh the page.
Alternatively:
Try accessing IZZY from a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox and see if the issue persists.
