At IZZY, we keep things flexible. There are no contracts or long-term commitments, and all subscriptions are set to renew automatically (monthly or annually), unless the customer requests cancellation through our cancellation form.
You can easily cancel or pause your subscription at any time, without any cancellation fees.
While we currently do not offer refunds after subscribing, you can cancel your subscription to stop future charges. Your account will remain active, allowing you to enjoy IZZY’s content until the end of your current billing period.
For monthly plans, you can even pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months if needed.
For annual plans, if you choose to stop your subscription before the year ends, the cost will be calculated based on the monthly rate of $16 per month for the number of months your subscription was active.
