You can easily cancel your subscription at any time, without any cancellation fees.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your IZZY account: https://streamisrael.tv/
- Click on your user icon in the top right corner
- Click on your email/name to open your profile
- Go to the “Purchases” tab
- Under your membership details, click the “Manage” button on the right
- Select “End Membership” and confirm
Please note:
- All subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) unless canceled in advance
- Canceling your subscription stops the next renewal - it does not cancel the current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to IZZY until the end of your current subscription period
- We do not offer refunds after subscribing.
For Monthly Plans:
- You may also pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months if needed
For Annual Plans:
- If you choose to stop your subscription before the year ends, the cost will be calculated based on the monthly rate of $16 per month for the time used.
